Executive Platinum and still getting charged for bags at the desk… what’s going on?

That would drive me crazy. If you’re Exec Plat, the system absolutely should show 3 free bags up to 70lbs. You shouldn’t have to argue every single time. That’s one of the main perks of flying that much. My guess is it’s either a system glitch or the reservation not correctly...
