I recently flew Miami (MIA) to Milan (MXP) and had the Caviar Wellington meal onboard.
Honestly wasn’t sure what to expect going in, but it ended up being a pretty interesting experience overall. The presentation and concept felt more premium than typical long-haul catering, and it stood out compared to standard business class meals I’ve had on American Airlines.
