My wife and I are cruising for her birthday in June and, as expected, flights to Florida are pricey… except Spirit. She flew Spirit once years ago and is stuck on the old “Spirit is dangerous because it’s cheap” idea. I’ve never flown them, so I don’t have firsthand experience....

Lately I’ve seen crews being a lot more relaxed about who sits in exit rows, even when someone clearly looks too frail to help in an emergency. What’s the right move for other passengers say something, or just leave it to the crew?
