A319 cabin triangle stickers… what are they for?

Noticed these small triangular stickers above seats like 15A and 10F on a few easyJet A319 flights recently. Never paid attention before but now I keep spotting them and wondering if they actually mean something. Anyone know what they’re for or just random markings?

A321 row 13 showing up even though it does not exist?

Booked a Hawaiian A321 using UA miles. There was a small schedule change and I guess they also swapped aircraft. Before the change we had rows 13 and 14 selected. Now the seat map is showing half of us in a row 13 that does not even seem to exist, and the other half randomly...
