Booked a Hawaiian A321 using UA miles. There was a small schedule change and I guess they also swapped aircraft.
Before the change we had rows 13 and 14 selected. Now the seat map is showing half of us in a row 13 that does not even seem to exist, and the other half randomly placed in Extra Comfort, which we definitely did not pay for. It is a short flight so not a huge deal, just confusing.
Has anyone seen this kind of seat map glitch before on HA? Would you leave it alone and see what happens or proactively move back to regular economy?
