Currently stuck at a Residence Inn for work and the place is disgusting. Pitch black emergency stairwells, elevator doors that slam on people, a leaking carpet that smells like urine, mold coming out of vents, showers falling apart. Manager doesn’t care at all. Who do I contact...

Wrapped up a stay at the Residence Inn Chicago Downtown and honestly, it beat every other RI I’ve tried in the US. Super clean, great service, and the location is perfect. Honestly nicer than some higher-tier Marriott brands I’ve stayed at. Chicago nailed it.

Just checked into a Residence Inn here in Orlando and the layout threw me off. Tons of wide open space in the living area, almost awkwardly so, but then the bedrooms are pretty cramped. Feels like they could’ve shifted the square footage around a bit better.

First night here and the first room they gave me had mold. Called the front desk, got moved, checked the new room and it looked better, until I found more mold while getting ready for bed. Not as bad, but still there. I’m in a 2 bed/2 bath suite and already unpacked. Is it...
