Currently stuck at a Residence Inn for work and the place is disgusting. Pitch black emergency stairwells, elevator doors that slam on people, a leaking carpet that smells like urine, mold coming out of vents, showers falling apart. Manager doesn’t care at all. Who do I contact at Marriott to report this?
