Just finished 5 days in Malta and the bus system was a nightmare. Constant 40+ min waits, buses skipping stops, random route changes, and so overcrowded they often wouldn’t even stop. Twice we ended up stranded and had to take expensive taxis. And the 7-day “Explore Card”? Scam....
