I’ve always been curious about this when booking Marriott stays. If you book a room using a corporate rate or corporate code, can the front desk staff actually see that when they pull up your reservation? Or does it just show up as a regular booking on their side? Not trying to...

We arrived at the hotel around 6pm with two rooms on the same reservation. Only one room was ready. The receptionist said she’d call my mobile once the second room was ready since we had dinner plans. No call ever came. We checked back around 9, then 10, then 11… still nothing....

Had a 7:05am STL to ATL yesterday. Got there around 5:20 to check bags and walked straight into a mess. Turns out something blew up before we arrived, so there were still people from the 6am flight trying to check in. Only three agents, all stuck rebooking missed flights instead...

Usually stay with Hilton, but booked two rooms at a Holiday Inn Express this weekend. We’ll be getting in close to 1am after a concert and I marked “late arrival” on the booking. Anything else I should do to make sure they don’t give the rooms away?
