Delta upgrades disappeared after a schedule change

Had Delta adjust a connecting flight time and now every Delta One seat on my ATL–HND shows blocked, no upgrade prices at all. Can’t even change flights anymore for this leg. Anyone else had this happen? Hoping it’s just ticketing catching up.
