Had to fly out on a Saturday and was already in a bit of a mood about it. Then I land at IAD and they pick me up on the tarmac in a private car and drive me straight to Polaris.
Instant mood change.
Felt pretty special after that, and I got a good laugh when I noticed the tail number on the car was UA 007. Couldn’t have planned that better if they tried.
Sometimes United really does pull a surprise like this.
