Upgrade from Business to First - worth it?

I've got a flight from Singapore to Sydney, as the last leg of a Turkish Airlines booking paid for by work. It's an a380 - 40k points to upgrade to first. It's the last 8ish hours of a 27hr journey - with 3hrs layover in Singapore between flights. I've got about 350k in the bank - WWYD?
