I booked the Studio suite for my upcoming SFO to LHR flight on 5/11, specifically choosing an earlier and more expensive option to try it out once.
When I checked recently, I noticed United had changed the aircraft and the Polaris cabin layout now shows the older configuration instead of the new Polaris Studio setup. I was not notified about this change in advance.
I called United and they initially insisted I would still have a Studio suite, but after further discussion they acknowledged the change. They mentioned they might swap the aircraft back, but nothing is confirmed yet.
I am pretty frustrated since the main reason I booked this specific flight was to experience the Studio product.
