Trying to understand why some Qantas flights are ineligible for points and status credits

I’m trying to figure out why some of my flights qualify for Qantas points and Status Credits while others are marked as ineligible.

These trips are booked through my company, and at first glance there does not seem to be an obvious difference. The routes appear similar, the aircraft types are the same, and in some cases they are even between the same locations.

I’m wondering what factors determine eligibility and whether it could be related to fare classes, booking channels, corporate agreements, or something else behind the scenes.
