Last week MEL to CBR, early flight, asked for a coffee. Told it’s too short to serve hot drinks.
This morning MEL to HBA, 1h20. Asked for tea. Same answer. “Short flight, cold drinks only.”
I’ve done that Hobart run forever and definitely remember getting coffee on shorter flight times back in the day.
Is this a new standard across the board or just certain crews/routes? Feels like another small service cut that quietly becomes permanent.
Just curious if others are noticing the same.
