Saw this and yeah… I kind of get the frustration.
Silver was never amazing, but at least you had small things like better seat selection. Now with this Economy Plus push, it sounds like even that’s getting taken away unless you pay extra.
Feels like a slow downgrade where loyalty doesn’t really get you much anymore, especially for domestic travel.
I’ve heard similar complaints lately, people saying you’re basically paying for benefits that used to be included.
At that point I’d probably start looking at Virgin too.
