Stopped by the Polaris Lounge at SFO around noon on Monday and it was chaos. No seats anywhere, buffet picked over, no napkins left, and they didn’t even bother putting food out with proper utensils.
The line for the dining room was about an hour long. Are we seriously supposed to show up three hours early just to eat before a Polaris flight now?
