I need to choose seats for myself and my child on QF16 from Los Angeles to Brisbane, and we need two seats together.
Looking at the seat map, there appears to be a large gap in availability, with no seats showing in the D–G section of rows 33–37. I believe the aircraft is an A330-200, but I’m not sure why this section is unavailable.
Could someone explain what might be causing this gap, and whether there are any preferred seat pairs among the remaining options?
