Qantas damaged my suitcase on a recent flight and handed it back wrapped in cling wrap.
It’s an American Tourister I bought about 2 years ago for around $300 and was still in great condition.
They’re now saying since I don’t have the receipt, they’ll only offer a repair or about $120 due to “depreciation.” Problem is, there’s nowhere near me that even does luggage repairs.
Feels pretty low considering they’re the ones who broke it.
Anyone had luck pushing back on something like this?
