Preferred business class section on qantas 787

my partner and i are flying business class on a qantas 787 dreamliner to rome in july.

i’ve flown in the larger business cabin before, but not in the smaller forward cabin with only a few rows. i’m trying to decide which section is generally better or more comfortable.

for those who have experienced both, do you prefer the larger cabin or the smaller one? i already understand things like bulkhead space and seat positioning, but i’m more interested in overall comfort and experience.
