Called Qantas to use the free same day change and after 40 mins on hold, the agent said she’d call me back to finish it.
She never did.
By the time I followed up a couple days later, the free change window had passed and they charged me $360 in fees.
Tried complaining and all I got was an apology, no reimbursement at all.
Feels pretty unfair considering I did everything on time and just relied on their callback.
