Was booked RIC to IAD to LHR tonight. I’m Gold and got a CPU on the RIC-IAD leg, which is barely a flight, so whatever.
Then delays hit and I was going to miss the London connection. Called customer service just to see my options. Agent casually says they’ll carry over my upgrade to the new flight tomorrow morning.
Hung up, refreshed the app, and there it was. Polaris to LHR.
Not even an overnight flight but I’m still kind of in shock. Pretty sure this ruined me for future economy trips.
