I’m looking at booking a short domestic flight and noticed it will be operated on an Airbus A220-300. I’ve heard generally positive things about the aircraft, especially the larger windows and the 2-3 seating layout, which seems more comfortable for couples.
At the same time, I’ve also read some comments suggesting the seats can feel a bit firm.
For anyone who has flown on both the A220 and the older Boeing 717, how do they compare in terms of overall comfort on a roughly 2-hour flight? Is the A220 actually an improvement in practice, or fairly similar once you’re onboard?
