Is QF177 a dry flight, even in business class?

I was surprised to learn that QF177 from Melbourne (MEL) to Queenstown (ZQN) may not be serving alcoholic beverages, even in business class.

Is this actually correct, or am I misunderstanding something?

For an international flight, I would have expected the usual business class beverage service, so I'm curious whether this is due to a specific route policy, operational restriction, local regulations, or something else.
