I work in Guest Services onboard a cruise ship and figured I’d do another AMA since the last one was fun. Ask anything you’d normally ask at the Guest Services desk, minus the long line. Happy to answer questions about guest issues, policies, or what crew life is really like onboard.
A couple ground rules. I won’t say which cruise line I work for or share anything that could identify me or break internal rules. If I skip a question, it’s either because it varies a lot by cruise line or I genuinely don’t know.
And before anyone asks, no, I can’t get you a free room upgrade.
