This is the second day in a row I am trying to book using my FNC and the system is down. Keep being transfered from diamond desk to customer service. Agent to agent.
Told to call back today system will be up - agent yesterday was very arrogant saying it will be. I asked them to document i tried booking and the system was down but when I called in today no note on my file. They still cannot book. My last date to use certificate is tomorrow. One hotel already booked out and one more option to make it still worthwhile using a FNC. They said they can only extend for two weeks but the system has to be working to do such . And it’s still not working. And honestly I have no flexibility after tomorrow in the next two weeks. Very disappointed at their service.
What can I do?
