Just noticed Qantas has opened up Economy Plus for sale and went to check my upcoming bookings. Turns out the exit row seats I already paid for have been taken away and I’ve been reassigned further back.
Pretty frustrating, especially since I specifically book exit rows because I’m tall and need the legroom, particularly on the smaller planes.
After digging a bit more, it looks like this only happened on my 737 flights. My A321 booking is unchanged.
Has anyone else had their seats moved around because of this Economy Plus rollout? And did Qantas fix it or are we just stuck fighting it booking by booking?
