We were supposed to fly LAX to Tokyo at 9:25am on 12/29. First it was delayed an hour, then they cancelled it completely.
Zipair told us we could either rebook or take a refund. That’s it so far. No mention yet of hotels, meals, or anything else.
What usually happens in this situation with Zipair? Are we on the hook for our extra night in LA and the lost first night in Tokyo, or is there anything we should be pushing for?
