Checked into Homewood Suites Fredericksburg North as a Diamond member. The front desk said I’d picked points for my benefit and therefore didn’t get the free water. First time I’ve ever heard that. I asked about it and she snapped, “Here, you can have them… this time.”
I’ve stayed at plenty of Hiltons and never had that happen before. Did I miss some new rule?
