At SFO there’s an airside connector between Intl Terminal A and Terminal 1, so once you’re through security you don’t need to exit and re clear TSA. It’s about a 10 to 15 minute walk depending on pace and crowds.
Just keep in mind The Club SFO can get slammed at night, and Priority Pass access can still be cut off even if the app says it’s open. I’d head over earlier rather than waiting too long, and leave yourself plenty of time to get back to Intl A for boarding.
Annoying setup, but doable.
