At SFO you can walk airside between the International Terminal and Terminal 1, but only after security. There’s a connector between Int’l A and T1 that stays open most of the day. No need to exit and re clear TSA as long as you’re already airside.
That said, with a 2235 departure, give yourself buffer time. The walk is more like 10 to 15 minutes depending on how lost you get, and The Club SFO can get crowded in the evenings with Priority Pass.
Also worth noting that lounge access rules change constantly at SFO. Even if PP says it’s available, the front desk can still cut it off when it’s busy.
So yes, it’s walkable airside. Just don’t wait until the last minute to head back to Intl A.
