Would you risk a 40-min ORD connection?

I’ve done these marketable, 40–45 min turns at O’Hare. Sometimes it works but lately the long taxi and gate delays there are brutal. If you try it: sit near the front, no checked bag, same terminal if possible, and be ready to move fast. Personally, I’d keep the 4-hour pad and grab a Frontera torta instead of sweating it.
