Stopped by Maison Louvard to try the croissant cookie thing and the whole visit was awful. The staff looked annoyed at everyone, and I watched them handle food with bare hands. The part that really stunned me was the girl at the counter insulting a tourist couple in French, loud enough for the whole place to hear. I speak French, so there was no confusion about what she said.
I’ve been to plenty of bakeries in Paris and this was easily the worst vibe I’ve ever had. Just putting it out there for anyone thinking of swinging by.
