Booked a Holiday Inn months ago for a concert next week, but I’ve seen a few recent reviews saying guests got bumped to another hotel 20 minutes away. I’m arriving around 5–7 PM, check-in starts at 3.
Called the hotel and they said I can prepay, wondering if that actually helps hold my room or if I’m overthinking it. Anyone had this happen with IHG before?
