Work travel change killed Marriott points. Any way to fix this?

We recently switched our company travel program from Concur to Navan and ran into an unexpected issue. My team stays long-term at a Courtyard Marriott, and for the past year they’d been earning Bonvoy points. Some of them are now top-tier.

Since the switch, no one is earning points anymore. We moved from individual virtual cards in each traveler’s name to a single company card, and we also negotiated a special corporate rate directly with the hotel.

Totally understand why the team is upset. They’re basically living at a Marriott and getting zero loyalty credit now.

I see that Navan has a place to enter loyalty numbers, and I’m wondering if that’s the key to fixing this or if the payment method and negotiated rate are what’s blocking points. Has anyone dealt with this setup before or found a way to make Marriott points work again in a corporate travel setup like this?
