Heard this whole meltdown at A75 today. Lady missed her connection and actually got on her knees yelling “OPEN THE PLANE!” and “DO YOU HAVE A GRANDMA???” and calling the agents soulless. She kept demanding a supervisor and pointing at the agent standing right next to her… who was the supervisor.
Meanwhile our inbound had 27 people with tight connections, and the crew still let all of them off first. I have no idea why anyone books a 45-minute connection in Denver and then acts shocked when it doesn’t work out.
