My family and I recently booked flights with Wizz Air, but we unfortunately selected the wrong dates. After checking the options, changing the dates is significantly more expensive than simply booking new tickets, so we are now considering cancelling the original booking and trying to recover part of the cost.
I wanted to ask if anyone has experience with voluntary cancellations and refunds with Wizz Air, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Is there usually any refund available in this situation, or is most of the fare typically lost? Also, are there any tips or things to be aware of before going through the cancellation process?
