Had a flight to Dubai with Wizz Air that got cancelled and there wasn’t even an option to reschedule.
When trying to request a refund, the system shows the credit amount as 0. If I try the Wizz credit conversion page and enter the booking code, it says the booking isn’t eligible for a refund.
What makes it even more confusing is that my parents were on the exact same flight and they already received their refund.
Trying to figure out why this booking would be treated differently.
