With the 80% bonus, isn’t transferring to IHG actually worth it?

I’m seeing the Hotel Indigo in Grand Cayman for around $900 a night or 50k points. With the current 80% transfer bonus, doing points + cash (like 20k + $194) seems like solid value. Seven nights would be roughly 75k points + $1350 for a $6k stay.

I get that IHG transfers usually aren’t great, but this one seems like an exception, am I missing something?
