Headed to NYC for 5 days in early January and trying to figure out how to dress without freezing. I got some fleece-lined tights already, but I’m looking for good thermal undershirts that still work under normal outfits. Also not sure what shoes make sense for walking around all day.
How cold should I expect it to feel coming from Florida?
