I booked a trip several months ago, but my plans recently changed after my employer asked me to travel for work immediately afterward.
My original plan was to skip the second segment of my return itinerary and fly directly to my work destination instead. However, I just received an email from United saying that my reservations overlap and that one of the bookings may be canceled.
Has anyone experienced this before? I'm trying to avoid paying a large last-minute change fee since my trip is only about two weeks away.
