Booked 2 round trips for my parents in economy and paid extra to pick regular seats together. On “Manage booking” I clicked the upgrade banner, and a popup says any extra services like seats will be deleted if I upgrade. Does that mean I’ll lose their seat selection just for looking at the offer? Seems crazy.
