I’m new to the IHG rewards program and recently got the IHG Premier credit card. After taking advantage of a points match promotion, I now have around 400,000 points in my account.
I’m trying to make my first award booking for a trip to Tokyo next year, but it doesn’t appear that the card’s 4th Night Free benefit is being applied during the booking process, even though I’m logged into my account.
I’m assuming there’s probably a basic detail or requirement that I’m overlooking. Has anyone experienced this before, or can explain how the 4th Night Free benefit is supposed to appear during checkout?
Any guidance would be appreciated.
