Why I Keep Both the Amex Platinum and Delta Reserve Despite the Fees

I’ve been juggling both the Amex Platinum and Delta Reserve for a couple of years now, and while the combined annual fees sting at over $1,300, the travel perks really do make it worthwhile for me. The Platinum is my go-to for Centurion Lounge access, Priority Pass, and those extra comforts when I’m flying any airline. Meanwhile, the Delta Reserve covers me for Sky Club visits, Medallion status boosts, and that sweet companion certificate which has saved me hundreds on domestic and Caribbean trips.

The lounge access is a big part of it, but the smaller perks add up fast too Uber credits, hotel credits, and ride-share credits are easy to use if you travel often. For frequent Delta flyers who also hop between other airlines, I think the combo works well.

Anyone else here carry both cards? Do you feel the benefits outweigh the fees?

Why I Pay $1,000+ for Amex Platinum and Delta Reserve Cards
I pay for both the Amex Platinum and Delta Reserve cards. Although they have overlapping benefits, they are unique to justify 2 annual fees.
