Currently on a flight from Miami to Philadelphia and the passengers in front of me are watching videos on full volume without headphones, even after being offered a pair.
I honestly do not understand how some people have zero awareness of basic flight etiquette. Headphones are cheap compared to the cost of the flight itself, and nobody wants to listen to someone else’s entertainment for hours.
I politely asked them to lower the volume but they ignored it. Eventually a flight attendant stepped in and told them to turn it down, although the passenger was clearly annoyed about being asked.
Are people genuinely this inconsiderate now, or do they just not care?
