I found several partner award flights to Europe on Alaska Airlines for 85k and 110k miles. However, when I tried applying the 25k award ticket discount from the Atmos card, those options disappeared, and only much higher-priced awards (around 325k miles) remained.
From what I understand, the terms mention that the discount is only valid for award tickets that can be booked directly on AlaskaAir.com, and not for phone-only partner awards or itineraries that aren’t listed online.
I’m trying to understand why those IcelandAir and Finnair partner flights (or itineraries involving a domestic carrier plus those partners) aren’t eligible for the discount. Any clarification on how this works would be appreciated.
