Which business class meal would you choose on Qatar Airways?

My upcoming trip will be my first time flying in Qatar Airways business class, and I'm looking forward to trying the onboard dining experience.

After reviewing the menu options, I'm having trouble deciding what to order. At the moment, I'm leaning toward either the chicken machboos or the barbecue brisket, mainly because I'm not a big fan of seafood dishes.

For those who have flown Qatar business class before or have tried similar menu items, which option would you recommend? Are there any dishes that consistently stand out or tend to be passenger favorites?
