I’ve been flying United (Continental before that) out of EWR for over 30 years, but lately the prices are wild. A spring break flight to Cancun in 2026 is showing $1,600 in economy, American out of JFK is around $600.
I’ve stayed loyal for decades, but a $1,000 difference per ticket is hard to justify. Why such a huge gap between EWR and JFK lately?
