Wheelchair assistance missing at DEN, how do I get United to respond?

Returned from an international trip to DEN and no wheelchair or attendant was waiting, even though it was on my reservation. I had to walk the whole jet bridge while my husband and other passengers told the gate agent I needed help.


Agent claimed it wasn’t listed, even though I showed them it was. They said they could call someone, but it’d take 30+ minutes. My husband ended up finding an abandoned Southwest wheelchair and pushed me and our luggage all the way to passport control.


Filed a complaint with United two weeks ago and still haven’t heard back. Any idea how to actually get this escalated to a real person? I don’t even want compensation, I just want them to fix this for other passengers.
