I’m known as the “points guy” in my friend group, so people either ask for advice or come brag about what they just booked. Most of the time I just smile and say “that’s awesome” even if it hurts a little inside.
Latest one for me… a friend casually told me she transferred all 200k Chase UR to Marriott during the last bonus. No redemption planned. Just did it because of the bonus.
